Culture Aangan cancellation policy has been constituted in adhering to its mission -

"To create enriching holiday experiences for the urban and international traveler"

Thus we endeavor, our esteemed guests to soak in the various self connecting and togetherness experiences offered by Culture Aangan.

• The cancellation policy as such is applicable for 1 year from the time of booking.
• If a booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the commencement of the date journey, 10% from the total package amount will be deducted
• If a booking is cancelled 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the date of journey, 20% from the total package amount will be deducted
• If a booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the date of journey, 25% from the total package amount will be deducted
• If the booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the commencement of the date of journey, 50% from the total package cost will be deducted
• If the booking is cancelled less then 7 days prior to the commencement of the date of journey; 75% from the total package cost will be deducted
• If a booking is cancelled 48 hours before the commencement of the date of journey, 100% from the total package cost will be deducted

• The deducted amount will be deposited in the Community Development Fund called’ Friends of Culture Aangan”; against which an e-holiday voucher will be emailed to the guest
• In case of point no 6. e-holiday voucher of  75% will be issued to the guest; 25% is retained for expenses occurred by host family
• This voucher will be valid for 1 year from the cancellation date
• The guest will be encouraged to take the desired holiday during that period. The deducted amount will be discounted from the new package cost
• This e voucher is transferable. The guest can gift this e voucher to his near and dear ones during the validity period
• After the expiry date of the voucher, if the guest fails to take the holiday, he/she will forfeit the amount. This amount will then be used in any community development cause in the area of operations by Culture Aangan
